Made with White Trebbiano Grape Must, our White Peach Balsamic does undergo the cooking and barrel ageing process of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena but is not caramelized therefore it retains its white colour. The result is a crisp vinegar with a touch of sweetness reminiscent of handcrafted vinegar from northern Italy. Extremely adaptable, it can be paired with any of our Extra Virgin Olive Oils, as well as our flavoured oils to make a light, tart vinaigrette. Delicious paired with Lemon olive oil, Blood Orange olive oil, Milanese Gremolata olive oil, or any of our UP Extra Virgin olive oils.

I absolutely love this balsamic vinegar. It’s great on a fresh salad. I was looking for something not too sweet and this does the trick perfectly! The first time I had this balsamic vinegar was at The Hungry Pug Cafe in Kenora. It was paired with the Tuscan Herb Olive Oil sold on this site. I loved them together that I bought the set to take home with me.

This is my favorite balsamic! It’s so refreshing! I love to mix it with Dijon mustard, a little bit of maple syrup, olive oil and the balsamic to make a dressing! Wonderful on salads!
