Truffle Cured Sheep Cheese 150g

Sheep cheese cured for five months and injected with truffle.  The injectection allows a progressive combination of flavours in the mouth, providing a pleasant culinary experience. The flavour and aroma of the truffle persist for a few minutes. The proven quality of this cheese has allowed it to be awarded by the INTERNATIONAL TASTE INSTITUTE in Brussels with the SUPERIOR TASTE AWARD of two stars.
