Neapolitan BBQ Beets

Ingredients:

4-6 beets
1/2 cup Neapolitan Herb Dark Balsamic Vinegar

Directions:

It’s up to you if you peel them, some people don’t like the rough skin. Just like potatoes, wash and scrub well especially if you don’t peel them. Slice the beets about 1/4″ thick. In a wide flat dish place the sliced beets and coat well with Neapolitan Herb Dark Balsamic Vinegar(approx. 1/2 cup). Marinate for at least 1 hour.
Place the beets in foil with 1Tbsp of Neapolitan Herb Balsamic drizzled on, then fold and seal well. BBQ for 20-25 minutes or until soft. Remove beets from foil and place on BBQ for 1-2 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
