Quick and Delicious Homemade Granola

This delicious granola is easy to make, delicious, and you can substitute or add ingredients however you want to make the granola blend of your dreams! Fantastic on its own or with yogurt!


1/2 cup Ultra Premium EVOO
1/2 cup Wildflower liquid honey
1/4 cup Ontario Maple syrup
1/2 cup jumbo raisins
1/2 cup sliced dates
1/2 cup almonds (sliced)
1/2 cup pecans (chopped)
1/4 cup Styrian Pumpkin Seeds (chopped)
3 cups rolled oats
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt


-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-Combine all wet ingredients, as well as cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
-Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
-Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly to approx 1.5cm thick.
-Bake for 20min, loosening halfway through
Once baked, let cool but break it up before it totally cools off. ENJOY!
